It seems all the options I've looked at either didn't offer a Mac version or just was too modern for this computer. It would also be nice if I could have the option to save in Word format for Office XP just in case I need to email it in a commonly accepted format. You know typical college term paper stuff. I don't need anything super advanced, but it would great if I could spellcheck, grammar check, add footnotes, page numbers, and line spacing. So does anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking for something free preferably. Firefox 3 doesn't run on this machine and the version of Safari running on this is v. The problem is I'm having trouble finding a compatible browser. I do have the airport card and internet is very reliable at my house so it did occur to me to try Google Docs. The bad part is it's a little old and I'm having trouble finding a word processor for it. The good news is that it's in great condition especially considering its age.
